Helping Those Who Care for Our Elderly: Online

As we bring 2020 to a close we are all looking for things to be thankful for during a year of serious hardships.  At ELA we are thankful for the success we have had serving our clients by moving our courses and workshops online.  2021 will be our 13th year teaching the Leading 4 Life leadership course at Care Providers of Minnesota, and the first year it will be completely online.  These brave and tireless people run the facilities that assist and care for our elderly and have served on the front lines of this pandemic since it began. We have learned a great deal about how to do this yearlong course in an engaging and compelling way online.
